Mat Classes

Mat work is the foundation of Pilates. Mat classes will introduce you to the principles of Pilates including breath, concentration, control, centering, precision, balanced muscle development, rhythm/flow, whole body movement and relaxation.

Reformer Classes

Reformer classes are based upon your personal preferences.  You can choose the classical repertoire or a more contemporary athletic class which combines cardio, strength training and flexibility for a heart pumping and muscle shaking class.
