I'm a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor. I began Pilates in 2004 after suffering a back injury, and once I started, I was hooked.
Pilates not only helped me to rehabilitate my injury but I just felt better overall. What I like most is that Pilates is kind to my body. I feel like I've exercised but my body is never in pain. I can do Pilates daily and I love the way Pilates makes me feel--I feel healthy, strong and I'm more aware of my body and what it can do.
